I officially found out that I was expecting on November 9th, 2007. Jeff was away on a business trip in San Diego so it was hard to save the surprise and wait to tell him when he came home. Little did I know that the next morning he would call to tell me that he had a dream that I was pregnant and I had to tell him!
We have been really busy since then building our new house and making room for our expanding family. It is exciting to watch everyone's reactions about the new baby coming, especially from Blake. He is so excited to be a big brother and we are glad to be able to give him a chance to experience that.
On February 26th we went to the doctor and found out that we were having a little boy! Jeff always told me that he only makes boys but I guess now I believe him! I immediately went shopping for clothes for him after I found out and am so ready to meet him. His name will be Jeffrey Austin Parrish, first name after his father, but family and friends will just call him Austin Parrish.
I am now beginning my 25th week of pregnancy and we are just about to close on our new house so we should start the big move next week! I am ready to be settled and start decorating the nursery. Austin is expected to come somewhere between the 5th and the 12th of July (my due date keeps changing!) July does not seem that far away anymore...
The picture at the top is of Mr. Austin from our February ultrasound and I will update with more info as we get it!
