So just when I am getting home from the hospital and am starting to get the feel of things around the house... I start to hear this strange gargle noise in my throat. I tried to take a nap but it was too distracting so I got up and asked my father in law's girlfriend if she had any idea what it could be. We both didn't know and so I called the nurse line and he had me take my temp and I was at 101. I had to go into the ER and they took blood, ran some labs, gave me a ct scan and monitored my heart rate for a good two hours.... Ends up that I have pneumonia. I will be alright and it won't affect my breastfeeding at all but I will just have to get more rest, be uncomfortable and take some antibiotics.
Other than that Austin is so healthy and eating and sleeping when he should be! I am so glad he is not a fussy baby for now so I can get the extra rest that I need. Thanks to all my friends and family who have been helping us out we definitely appreciate it!

Manda-He's so handsome! Good job! Sounds like delivery went okay, I am glad that you are both healthy and doing well (except the pneumonia). Take it easy and enjoy being a new mom!
Hey girl...I am sooo bummed that I didn't get to see you, but I completely understand! Get better huh and I'll see you next summer! Thank goodness for blogs!
